License for use and distribution

Please read before you download, install, or use Exiland Backup.
By loading or installing this software, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.

The Exiland Backup is distributed on a "try before you buy" basis. This means:

1. All copyrights to Exiland Backup are exclusively owned by the author - Exiland Software company.

2. Anyone may use this Software for an evaluation period of up to 30 days. If you wish to continue to use Exiland Backup, you must register.

3. This software is licensed for use on one computer. If you want to install this software on more than one machine, you must register several copies of Exiland Backup.

4. The Exiland Backup unregistered trial version may be distributed by anyone.

5. Exiland Backup IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, PROFIT LOSS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

6. You are not allowed to copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Exiland Software company.

7. Installing and using Exiland Backup signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

8. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Exiland Backup files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
