Download a distribution file of Exiland Backup from the above link and save it to any folder. The distribution package is a standard ZIP-file.

To install a program you'll have to extract the files contained in with any zip-tool, such as WinZip, WinRAR, etc. Launch the setup.exe file to install the software. Follow the steps of the Installation Wizard. If you have installed an older version of Exiland Backup, uninstall it before installing a newer version.
